Premium quality bled, dressed and iced on board the F/V Desire. Processed by Skipper and crew of Desire in Desire Fish Plant, just 2 hours from the fishing grounds in the Le Conte Glacier ice filled waters of Fredrick Sound near the entrance to the Stikine River.

Blast frozen, glazed, shipped by freezer container to Bellingham Cold Storage. All product can be shipped direct from BCS.

There is no current equivalent to what Desire Fish Company has been able to produce. The majority of wild net caught plankton eating fish are not bled or cleaned on board. Our attention to all aspects of quality retention produce the highest quality fish possible.

Our one boat company produces a smaller quantity of fish that would serve one or two seafood stores for the off season months when fresh caught Wild Alaskan Salmon is not available.

Though our fish is offered in separate specie lots we have an idea to showcase all three plankton eating Wild Alaskan Salmon in one Seafood display. Each specie serves its own economic strata, has its own taste, texture, oil content and cooking variations. The consumer can get accustomed to being able to get a variety of wild Alaskan Salmon in one place and be assured that the quality is premium in each specie.
