Jane's Herb Mustard Salmon Glaze
Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic
3/4 tsp fresh fine chopped rosemary
3/4 tsp fresh fine chopped thyme
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp whole grain mustard
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- Blend in food processor about 30 seconds
- Transfer to a bowl; add 1 more tbsp whole grained mustard
- Salt and pepper salmon fillets, spoon sauce over
- Grill or broil. Serve with lemon wedges
